Dispatch & field work · appliance repair crews
Everyone's day on one board.
BoffoDay is a dispatch board for a repair crew and a phone app for the technicians who drive out. Jobs, schedule, clients and earnings in one place — on a computer and in a pocket.
A dispatch board on the computer and an app for technicians in the pocket.
Who it is for
Any kind of work. One board.

Plumbing
Leaking, blocked, not heating. The technician has the address, the time and what happened before he sets off.

Cleaning
One-off and regular cleans. Who is cleaning where today — all on one board.

Electrical
Urgent calls on top of planned work, with no mix-up over who goes where.

Home appliances
Washing machines, fridges, dishwashers. Jobs from partner firms and your own, side by side.

Heating and air conditioning
Air conditioners in summer, boilers in winter. You see the seasonal rush a week ahead.

Detailing
Bookings by the hour: who is on which car and how long it took. No notebook on the counter.

Beauty
Barbershops and stylists who go to the client: the schedule, the clients, the repeat visits.

Tutoring
Students, hours, earnings. The week's schedule in one place.

Other
Any work with a technician, an address and a time. If the day can be drawn on a board, it fits.
See who is free before you promise a time.
Every technician is a line. Every job is a block on the hour it starts. A job nobody has taken waits in the top row until someone does.
Drag it onto a free line and it is assigned — the technician has it on his phone a second later. Drag it sideways and only the time moves.
Open a job and the panel already knows who is free at that hour, and for how long.
One screen for the man holding the toolbox.
One screen, from the door to the invoice. The visit opens, runs on its own clock, and closes right there — he never switches to anything else. Three fields and big buttons, because he is filling them in on a landing with the toolbox still in his other hand.
The amount belongs to the technician.
The dispatcher sees that the job is closed. Not the amount, not the tip, not the total for the month — and not a number he could work it out from.
He closes the job with what he actually took, adds the tip, and marks what went to the partner firm.
This is a rule inside the database, not a switch in the settings that someone can turn off.
Counting that happens on its own.
Jobs by partner firm, jobs by technician, how many were closed and how many came back. Tap any number and you get exactly that list of jobs — nothing is a number you cannot open.
The dispatcher's report counts jobs. Money is a separate report, and it belongs to whoever earned it.

On your own, with a crew, or on jobs from firms.
A technician on his own
You are the dispatcher and the technician at once. Log a job you found yourself in ten seconds, keep your client base, and see what the month came to.
A crew with a dispatcher
One board for everybody. The dispatcher hands out the work, the technicians close it, the owner sees both sides without asking anyone.
Work that comes from firms
Jobs arriving from partner firms stay separate from your own clients, with their own fee and their own line in the report.
You pay for the people on the road.

Questions
Who counts as a technician?
Anyone who is given jobs on the board and closes them on his phone. An owner who also drives out counts as one.
A technician leaves mid-month?
Tell us and the next invoice drops by €29. Nothing else on the account changes.
How do we pay?
One invoice to the company by email, paid by bank transfer. No cards, and no form to fill in.
Is there a bigger plan?
No. One plan, the whole program, for a crew of any size. Twenty technicians pay the same €29 each as one does.
