Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and TRICOLICI NM S.R.L., the company that makes BoffoDay. By using BoffoDay, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use BoffoDay.

Who we are

BoffoDay is made by TRICOLICI NM S.R.L., str. Victoriei 6, Nisporeni, MD-6401, Republic of Moldova. Our email is contact@boffoday.com.

What BoffoDay is

BoffoDay is a dispatch board for a small crew of field technicians and a phone app for the technicians. It keeps jobs, the schedule, clients and reports in one account.

Your data belongs to your crew

Jobs, clients, addresses, phone numbers and notes that your crew puts into BoffoDay belong to your crew. We do not own them.

You allow us to store and process this data only to run BoffoDay for you. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

BoffoDay belongs to us

The BoffoDay app and website, with their design and code, belong to TRICOLICI NM S.R.L.

You may use BoffoDay under these terms. You may not copy it, pass it off as your own, or try to get its source code.

Your account

You are responsible for what is done under your account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.

If you think someone else has got into your account, write to contact@boffoday.com straight away.

You and your clients

BoffoDay is a tool for keeping your work in order. We are not a party to the relationships between a technician or a crew and their clients or partner firms.

We are not responsible for those relationships: the work itself, its quality, the agreed time, disputes, or anything else agreed between you and them.

You are responsible for having the right to keep your clients' details in BoffoDay.

When we can close an account

We can close an account that is used to:

• keep or share other people's personal data without the right to do so;
• break into BoffoDay, into another account or into our servers, or try to;
• send spam.

If you think we closed your account by mistake, write to contact@boffoday.com.

Closing your own account

You can stop using BoffoDay at any time. The Delete account page explains how to delete your account.

No guarantee

We work to keep BoffoDay running, but we cannot promise that it will never stop or never have an error.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by BoffoDay not working.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last change. If you keep using BoffoDay after a change, you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova.
